Can I purchase a parking pass for the 2024 season?

Yes! We are currently working with BMO Stadium and Exposition Park on options for the 2024 season. More information to come closer to the kickoff of the season!

How can I upgrade or add-on seats?

If you would like to add-on seats to your account for the 2024 season, you can find our remaining 2024 season ticket inventory here

Our Upgrade/Relocation Event will take place later this season for all ACFC Season Ticket Members during our renewal period. A benefit of retaining your ACFC season tickets is that you will have priority access to 2025 season ticket inventory based on when you originally purchased your ACFC season tickets. 

What is the difference between General & Supporter seating and Premium seating?

General seating includes upper and lower bowl seating, and does not include food or beverage or any additional amenities. The Supporter section will be a general admission, safe standing section where fans and Supporter Groups will be standing, singing, and cheering for the entire match. Premium seating has different inclusions depending on premium seat location.

How do I pay for my tickets?

To pay for your tickets please log into your Angel City Account Manager. Once logged in, please select your 2024 invoice for payment options.

Are there payment plans available?

Yes, there are three payment options available. Pay In Full, 50/50, and Monthly payments.

  • Pay In Full:
    • Full payment of total invoice
  • 50/50:
    • Two equal payments of the total invoice
  • Monthly Payment Plan Option:
    • Payments are taken on the 15th of each month.

Cards must remain valid for the full duration of the payment plan.

Are there extra fees, or interest, associated with the season ticket payment plans?

Season ticket payment plans are interest-free and there are no fees associated with signing up for the payment plan.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.

Can I pay with cash?

No, cash is not accepted.

How do I update the credit card on file?

To update your credit card on file, please log into your Angel City Account Manager. Once logged in, please select your 2024 invoice for payment options. Credit cards must be updated at least one business day in advance of recurring monthly payment dates.

Will my payment plan installments be automatically charged?

Yes, payments will be automatically charged. Once Members have signed up for a payment plan, no further action is needed!

Can I pay off my tickets early if I'm on a payment plan?

If you would like to pay off your tickets early, or make an early installment payment, please log into your Angel City Account Manager.

ACCOUNT DETAILS

I need to update my mailing address. Where can I do that?

Please make sure to verify or update your contact information prior to the renewal deadline. Changes to your contact information (mailing address and phone number(s) associated with your account) can be updated online through your Angel City Account Manager.

I need to update my email address. Where can I do that?

Your email address can be updated by contacting your dedicated Account Executive or the Angel City Service team.

Passwords can be reset, if lost or forgotten, by clicking here, selecting "Sign In" in the upper right corner of the page, and then "Forgot Password".

Can I transfer ownership of my tickets to a friend or family member?

Season ticket accounts are non-transferable. The Season Ticket Member of record is responsible for their account.

Can I add my spouse/partner to my account?

You can add a spouse or partner as a secondary to your account. The Season Ticket Member of record is responsible for their account.

Can I add my spouse/partner email to my account so they can receive the same communication?

At this time, only the primary account holder will receive email communications from Angel City. 

When can I manage my tickets?

Accounts that are compliant will be able to manage their tickets after the release of the season schedule. Tickets will be loaded into accounts shortly after that release. 

How will my season tickets be delivered for the 2024 season?

Season tickets will not be provided in paper or hard ticket form and will be made available as mobile tickets only. Season tickets may only be transferred or forwarded electronically, however, there are no additional restrictions on transfer beyond the electronic format. PDF ticket delivery methods are not considered mobile and will not allow entrance into the game.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children under three years of age do not require a ticket. They must, however, sit on the lap of a ticketed adult.

What if I would like to purchase ADA seating?

If you purchase a ticket for a single game and  require an ADA / Accessible section please go to the Box Office on game day, we will relocate you into an available ADA / Accessible section that most closely resembles the ticket you purchased. Please note that ADA seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. BMO Stadium will try to accommodate as best as possible.

The BMO Stadium Box Office is located at the Northwest corner of the stadium and is open 2pm-6pm every Tuesday, and open at 10am on event days.

What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except as specifically provided below shall be provided. Game date and time are subject to change by the NWSL under its policies or due to other actions or events beyond the NWSL's control. No refund will be made if the holder of the ticket cannot attend. If games are canceled, we’ll work on a process with all Season Ticket Member to apply credit to agreed upon tickets.

Where can I access and manage my tickets?

Tickets can be accessed and managed through your Angel City Account Manager. via the official Angel City App or desktop computer.

MOBILE TICKETING

How do I access mobile tickets?

We recommend you use the Angel City FC app to access your tickets. Follow the instructions above to access your tickets. You can also view your mobile ticket(s), including parking passes, by using the web browser on your phone to log into Angel City Account Manager. Please make sure to use the same email address that is on your season ticket account, or the email address that was used to obtain your tickets.

What type of phone or mobile device do I need to use mobile tickets?

Any smartphone or mobile device that has internet capabilities and can access the Account Manager can be used to access mobile tickets.

Can I forward tickets to friends or family?

Yes! Mobile tickets can be transferred to friends or family by first logging into your Account Manager and following the full transfer instructions here. Recipients of tickets will be required to log into their Account Manager or create an account of their own to complete the transfer process. Once the recipient logs in or creates their Angel City FC Account and completes the ticket transfer, they can use the Angel City app on their phone to access their tickets and enter BMO Stadium.

Can I cancel a ticket transfer?

If the tickets have not been accepted by the recipient, the sender can cancel the ticket transfer and reclaim the tickets. Once the tickets have been accepted, you no longer have access to them.

 

If tickets are not accepted by the start of the event they will return to the sender.

Can I print my tickets or take a screenshot of the ticket?

As part of our ticket policy, screenshots will not be permitted for entry. Additionally, mobile tickets may only be transferred or forwarded electronically through the Angel City Account Manager. Mobile tickets cannot be transferred as a PDF using any other form of delivery and neither PDF printouts nor on-screen PDF tickets will be allowed for entrance into the game.

What if I don't have a smartphone? How do I access my tickets?

All tickets are mobile only and can only be managed through your Angel City Account Manager. 

Don't have a smartphone? You can utilize another member of your party's smartphone to present your ticket or pass.

How do I know which gate is closest to my seats?

Your mobile ticket will indicate the gate that is nearest to your seats. You can view our stadium map and entry points by clicking here.

Having trouble accessing my mobile tickets. What should I do?

The Angel City service team is available to answer any questions you may have. You may reach a Service Executive at 213-419-9599. You can also email our service team at seasontickets@angelcity.com. While we strive to be as responsive as possible, please allow at least 24 to 48 hours to respond to voicemails and emails. If you are having issues with the app, contact app@angelcity.com.

GAMEDAY

How will parking be handled?

Parking information will be provided at a later date.

Will I be able to tailgate before the game?

Tailgating is permitted in the designated area of Christmas Tree Lane only. No bottles. Cans and cups only. Expo Park does not allow tailgating in the parking lots.

What is the bag policy at BMO Stadium?

BMO Stadium has a Clear Bag Policy in order to provide a safer environment for fans and expedite entry  into the Stadium. 

The policy affects the type and size of the bags permitted into the Stadium, not the items (keys, makeup, combs,  phones, wallets, etc). 

Guests will also be allowed to openly carry a blanket or jacket into the Stadium, although they will be subject to being  searched. It is required that fans bring bags that meet the following style and size limits that are permissible at BMO Stadium: 

  • One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”, or: 
  • A one-gallon clear plastic storage bag (Ziploc bag or similar) 
  • In addition to one of the clear bags noted above, guests may also carry in a small clutch bag or purse approximately  the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap 
  • Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection and Stadium Management approval

Is smoking allowed at BMO Stadium?

BMO Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Stadium, including concourses, seating areas, suites and club areas. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers.
