MEMBER GIFT PICK UP
This year’s STM gift is an insulated lunch bag! Each account will receive one lunch bag per season ticket on account. While we wish we could distribute the gifts before/during our home games at BMO Stadium, the coolers are not compliant with BMO Stadium’s Clear Bag policy and are not allowed inside the stadium.
We have several opportunities available to pick them up:
Klarna Pop-Up Shop:
Our service team will be at the Klarna Pop-Up Shop on Saturday, 11/9 and will have season ticket member gifts available for pickup. More details about the event can be found here.

SPECIAL TICKET PACKS & PROMOTIONAL ITEM REQUEST FORM
Notice a ticket pack specialty item or sales promotion and want the item? Great, Season Ticket Members have access!
Ticket packs and sales promotions are geared towards recognizing and celebrating various communities, cultural moments, and events – such as the Pride Friendship Bracelet Ticket Pack and the Educator Appreciation Lanyard Ticket Pack. These specialty packs help Angel City grow within specific communities. Many times, Angel City games are where groups come to celebrate their heritage or community and that ticket pack also becomes available to the general public.
A benefit of Season Ticket Membership is that you have access to purchase the items attached to ticket packs and promotional campaigns.
To submit a request to purchase these items, please fill out the form in the button below. Though we do our very best to accommodate all Members who would like to purchase, these items will be sold to Members on a first come, first served basis, as some items will have limited quantities.

PARKING
Season long & single game parking information will be provided closer to the start of the 2025 season. Members will receive email communication once parking information is provided.
IN-STADIUM SEASON TICKET MEMBER DISCOUNT
As a Season Ticket Member benefit you receive a 15% discount on any ACFC merchandise you purchase through our website or in the stadium. To apply the discount on our website, enter your unique code (see below) at checkout. To receive the discount at the stadium, a 2025 pass will be loaded onto your account closer to the start of the new season.

ACCESSING ACCOUNT MANAGER & YOUR TICKETS
Using the Angel City FC App:
Open the Angel City App and click the Tickets Icon in the lower right corner of the screen. Or click the Human Icon in the upper right corner of the screen. From there, click MY TICKETS.
If necessary, click the Sign In / Sign Up Ticketmaster option and log in using the email address associated with your Angel City account. You may need to repeat step one to access your tickets.
Using a computer:
You can access your Angel City FC Account Manager, using the email associated with your Angel City Season Tickets.
Click the “Sign In” tab at the top right on the screen. If you forgot your password or have never logged in, click "Forgot Password".
Click “Sign In” to manage your tickets. Or “Sign Up" if you have never accessed the Account Manager before.
Once you are logged in, you can manage your events (tickets), transfer your tickets, sell your tickets, check your "Invoice", or "View payment options".
TRANSFER, SELL, OR DONATE YOUR TICKETS
In the event you cannot attend a game, there are a few options to choose from:
Transfer: Forward your tickets/parking to a friend, family member, colleague, or client. You can do so in the Angel City FC app or the Angel City Account Manager
Sell: Sell your tickets to another fan through Ticketmaster. You can do this by going through the Angel City FC app or the Angel City Account Manager
Donate: Donate your tickets to a non-profit or to those who may not have the resources to attend a game. To donate your tickets, please do so at least 48 hours before the game and transfer your tickets to ticketdonation@angelcity.com

THE ANGEL CITY FC APP // REQUIRED FOR MATCH ATTENDANCE
The Angel City FC App is your mobile Account Manager where you can access tickets, as well as transfer and sell your tickets. Mobile tickets through the App are required for entry to home games. No screenshots, PDF printouts, or on-screen PDF tickets are allowed. To get into BMO Stadium quickly, we recommend you access your digital tickets and have them ready to scan before arriving at the gate.
SINGLE GAME ADD-ON OPTION
As a Season Ticket Member, you receive access to single-game ticket discounts. Follow these steps to apply your offer:
- Login to Account Manager through the ACFC App or click here or log into your Account Manager.
- If not already signed-in, click the "Sign In" button on the top right of the screen. You must sign in to see the event options. Please sign in with the email address associated with your ACFC season ticket account.
- When choosing single game seats, select "Single Match Ticket" under "Ticket Type" for each seat to receive your discounted rate.
DIRECTIONS ON TRANSFERRING TICKETS
TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKET(S)
- Select a game from the ‘My Tickets’ tab through the Angel City App and select the ‘Transfer’ tab on the game you wish to transfer.
- Select the seat(s) and click the ‘Transfer To’ tab
- You will have the option to send ticket(s) to someone from Contacts or manually enter the recipient. Once you enter the recipient, click the Transfer Ticket button at the bottom right.
- Transfer will be completed and the recipient will be notified on how to create an account or login to their account to view the ticket(s)
SCANNING YOUR TICKETS AT A GAME / EVENT
Select the game / event you wish to access.
- After following the steps to log into your Account Manager on the Angel City App, find the game or event, then tapping on 'View Barcode' will give you a scan code for entry. You can also tap Add to Apple Wallet' on iOS or 'Add to phone' on Android to add to your mobile wallet.
- By clicking ‘View Barcode’, the barcode will be accessible to scan at entry.
- Once you arrive at the venue, you will show the specific game / event barcode at the gate and an attendant will scan each barcode associated with each ticket. Please note that screenshots will not work.

Our service team is available to answer any questions you may have between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday as well as during all Angel City home games.
