ANGEL CITY FC

This is Angel City

The Legacy: Born in 2022, We’re LA’s pro soccer team in the NWSL. We don’t just play the game; we’re here to change it.
The Pitch: 22,000 seats. Open-air energy. We bring the noise to BMO Stadium in Exposition Park.
The Leadership: Leif Gunnar Smerud joins us from SK Brann W, which won the Norwegian Toppserien league in 2025 under his leadership.
The Impact: Through the ACFC Coach Network and local partnerships, we’re leveling the playing field for youth athletes across Los Angeles.
The Star Power: Led by owners Willow Bay and Bob Iger, we’re backed by a powerhouse collective including Natalie Portman, Jennifer Garner, Eva Longoria and Jessica Chastain, plus sports icons like Serena Williams, Mia Hamm, Abby Wambach, Lindsey Vonn and tech pioneer Alexis Ohanian.
