Overview: 
Join Angel City FC for a free U.S. Soccer 9v9 Grassroots Coaching Course and earn your 9v9 Grassroots License.

As part of the Angel City FC Coach Network, Angel City FC and Gatorade are offering a free U.S. Soccer 9v9 Grassroots Coaching Course. This four-hour course builds on the principles covered in U.S. Soccer’s Introduction to Grassroots Coaching Module and leads to the U.S. Soccer 9v9 Grassroots License.

Virtual Classroom Schedule:

Time: 7:00-9:00pm

In-Person Field Schedule:
Date: Saturday, July 11th
Time: 9:00-11:00am
Location: Rio de Los Angeles - 1900 N. San Fernando Rd., Los Angeles, CA 90065

Course Details:
The U.S. Soccer 9v9 Grassroots coaching course is designed to support student coaches in guiding players within a U11-U12 participation environment. Upon successful completion of the U.S. Soccer 9v9 Grassroots coaching course, a student coach will receive a U.S. Soccer 9v9 Grassroots license.

Eligibility Requirements:
In order to register for the 9v9 Blended Course, candidates must be at least 16 years old* and have completed U.S. Soccer’s Introduction to Grassroots Coaching module. This module can be accessed here.

Please note: all coaches must first complete U.S. Soccer’s Introduction to Grassroots Coaching in order to be eligible for this course. The Introduction is free and takes 20 minutes to complete online.
