Fireside Chat: The program will begin with a 30-minute fireside chat moderated by Jeri Doris, Chief People Officer at Justworks, exploring leadership, goal setting, employee experience, and retention.

Interactive Workshop: Following the conversation, Cate Luzio, Founder & CEO of Luminary, will lead attendees through an interactive workshop focused on practical strategies for hiring and retention.

Using a SWOT framework (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), participants will assess their organization's current hiring and retention practices. Together, attendees will identify what's working, uncover areas for improvement, explore opportunities to attract and retain talent, and consider external challenges impacting today's workforce.
