Earned her first senior U.S. Women's National Team call-up in 2024 and was part of the gold medal-winning squad at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. Made her senior international debut on October 27, 2024, starting and playing 90 minutes in a 3–1 victory over Iceland. On January 27, 2026, was named captain of the U.S. Women's National Team for the first time in a 5–0 international friendly victory over Chile. Scored her first senior international goal and recorded her first assist in that match, earning Woman of the Match honors. Has represented the United States at the U-19, U-20, and U-23 levels. Acquired by Angel City FC via trade from Orlando Pride on January 9, 2026. Selected third overall in the first round of the 2023 NWSL Draft by Orlando Pride. As a rookie in 2023, led all NWSL rookies in minutes played (1,977), blocks (18), and clearances (73). Helped Orlando record an NWSL-record 23-match unbeaten run in 2024, winning both the NWSL Shield and NWSL Championship. Named 2024 NWSL Defender of the Year and earned NWSL Best XI First Team honors. Selected to the NWSL Best XI of the Month in May and September 2024. In 2025, appeared in 27 matches (24 starts), logging 2,362 minutes. At Florida State University, made 62 appearances (61 starts), scored six goals, and helped lead the Seminoles to the 2021 NCAA National Championship. Earned ACC Defensive Player of the Year, All-ACC First Team, College Cup All-Tournament Team, and United Soccer Coaches First Team All-American honors during her collegiate career.
