All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. These Official Contest Rules (the "Rules") govern all aspects of the administration of the Contest, including eligibility, entry, selection of Contestants, conduct of the Race, prize awards, and all related matters. By entering the Contest, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that these Rules constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the terms governing the Contest, and that all decisions of the ACFC with respect to the interpretation and application of these Rules shall be final and binding.

2. Entrance Period
The Angel City FC Baby Race Contest entrance period (the "Entrance Period") begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on April 15, 2026 and ends at 5:00:00 p.m. PT on April 22, 2026. Eligible entries will only be received during the Entrance Period. ACFC reserves the right to modify the Entrance Period at any time in its sole discretion.

3. How to Enter
During the Entrance Period, visit https://try.witcontests.com/acfc/artwall/halftime-baby-race-nomination-2026 and complete the entry form, including the submission of a photo of the Infant, in order to receive one (1) entry ("Entry"). The entry form will require the entrant's name, mailing address, phone number, email address, Infant's date of birth, and a clear photograph of the Infant.

All Entries must be received no later than 5:00:00 p.m. PT on April 22, 2026. Limit one (1) Entry per household for the entire Entrance Period. No automated, photocopied, computer-generated facsimiles, AI-generated images, mechanically reproduced, or mass Entries or any other Entries made by any means which subvert the Entry process are permitted, and all such Entries will be void.

Each Entry constitutes consent to participate in this Contest and consent for ACFC to obtain, use, and transfer the entrant's name, phone number, email address, and other information for the purpose of administering this Contest.

ACFC is not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, garbled, damaged, late, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, stolen, or mutilated Entries; typographical or printing errors in these Rules, in any Contest-related advertisements or other materials; human-processing errors; or inaccurate Entry information, whether caused by equipment, programming used in this Contest, or for any other errors or problems of any kind, whether technical, electronic, computer, mechanical, network, typographical, printing, human, or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of Entries, or the announcement of the prize.

ACFC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all Entries of an entrant who they believe has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Contest. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entrant will be deemed as the person named on the Entry form, provided they are eligible according to these Rules. All Entries submitted become the property of the ACFC and will not be acknowledged or returned.

By submitting a photograph, entrants certify that they are the sole owner of the photograph being submitted, that no approval is required, and that they have the full right, without restriction, to license the photograph. Furthermore, by submitting a photograph, entrants grant to ACFC and its designees a world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, promote, market, advertise, and display the photograph, for any purposes and in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Contest will be collected by ACFC and used for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Contest as described in these Rules and for commercial purposes in accordance with ACFC's privacy policy available at AngelCityFC.com/privacy-policy.

4. Contestant Selection
At the conclusion of the Entrance Period, five (5) contestants ("Contestant(s)") will be selected randomly from all Entries to participate in the Race (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Rules). Selected Contestants will be notified by telephone and/or email on April 23, 2026.

Each Contestant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Prior to participation in the baby race, selected Contestants will be required to execute and return: (a) an Affidavit of Eligibility; (b) a Liability Release; (c) a Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law); and (d) any other forms as provided and requested. All requested forms must be returned within three (3) business days of the date of notification. If the selected Contestant cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first attempt to contact, or if any selected Contestant fails to return the required forms within the specified time, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if any selected Contestant is found to be ineligible, or if any selected Contestant does not comply with the Rules, then that selected Contestant may be disqualified and an alternate Contestant may be randomly selected.

The Grand Prize Winner, once determined, will be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release and/or an IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days of the date of issuance.

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the ACFC, which are final and binding in all respects. The ACFC reserves the right to change these Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Contest, or any entrant's participation in the Contest, should causes beyond its control affect the administration, security, or proper play of the Contest, or if ACFC is or otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Contest as planned.

5. Event Description and Race Format
The Angel City FC Baby Race (the "Race") will take place on April 26, 2026, at BMO Stadium, 3939 S. Figueroa St., Los Angeles, California 90037 (the "Venue"), during the Angel City FC home match scheduled for that date (the "Game"). The Race will be conducted on the field at a time designated by ACFC in its sole discretion.

5.1 Starting and Finish Lines. The Race course will extend from the designated starting line toward the designated finish line, and participating Infants must crawl from the starting line to the marked finish line. The precise location of the starting line and the finish line, as well as the distance of the course and the time allotted, will be established in ACFC's sole discretion.

5.2 Race Mechanics. All Infants will start at the same time and have an equal distance to travel. There must be two (2) people present at the Race to accompany each Infant: one (1) at the starting line and one (1) at the finish line, and one (1) individual present must be a parent or legal guardian. The individual(s) escorting the participating Infant may use one (1) object (toy, key, etc.) to encourage the Infant along the Contest course.

5.3 Disqualification. ANY INFANT WHO RESORTS TO WALKING WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED. If, at any point, a participating Infant becomes uncomfortable with the situation (crying, refusal to move, etc.), the escorting individual(s) may remove the Infant from the Race. If removed, the participating Infant and its parent or legal guardian will become ineligible to win the Grand Prize.

5.4 Determining the Winner. As determined in the sole discretion of the ACFC, the first Infant to crawl across the designated finish line, or the Infant leading when time expires, without walking or other disqualification, will be declared the winner ("Winner"). If no participating Infant crosses the finish line within the time allotted, the participating Infant that has crawled the furthest distance from the starting line will win the Grand Prize (defined below). If two Infants cross the finish line at the same time (or are equidistant from the starting line when time expires), ACFC's determination and selection of the Winner will be final and binding.

5.5 Limitations on Entries. Each Contestant is only entitled to enter one (1) Infant in the Race.

6. Prizes

6.1 Contestant Prizes. There will be five (5) Contestants. Each Contestant will receive: (i) one (1) Angel City FC stuffed animal (approximate retail value ("ARV"): $25); and (ii) the opportunity to go on the field when the Infants of the Contestants will participate in the Race at the Game. Total ARV for each Contestant: $25. Total ARV of all Contestants: $125.

6.2 Grand Prize. The Contestant of the Infant declared Winner of the Race will be the "Grand Prize Winner." There will be only one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: (i) a gift card to the Angel City FC team store (ARV: $100); and (ii) four (4) tickets (a 'Family Four-Pack') to a mutually agreed upon Angel City FC match during the 2026 season (ARV: $580) (the "Grand Prize"). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $680.

6.3 General Prize Conditions.
CONTESTANTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PARKING AND ANY AND ALL GROUND TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE GAME. All prizing is awarded "as is" without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by ACFC. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers, or certificates will not be replaced. In the event the Game is postponed and rescheduled, tickets to the rescheduled game will be awarded. Released Parties are not responsible for any game delays, any cancellation of game, and/or other difficulties occurring with any prize.

All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state, and local taxes, any and all ground transportation to/from the Game, parking, meals, incidentals, souvenirs, and other miscellaneous expenses are Contestants' and Grand Prize Winner's sole responsibility. Exact seat locations to be determined solely by ACFC. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon.

Each Contestant and their guest agree to comply with such terms and conditions, as well as with all game and venue rules and regulations and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the Game. Contestant and/or guest will be escorted out of the Venue by ACFC or its designated agent(s) for improper conduct and/or violation of federal, state, or local laws (including, but not limited to, the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and alcohol), as ACFC determines in its sole discretion, and will forfeit the balance of their prize.

Unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or applied towards tickets for any subsequent game. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of any prize will not be awarded in any form. In no event will more than the number of Prizes stated herein be awarded. The award of a Prize does not indicate any endorsement, approval, or sponsorship of this Contest by any named or implied individual or entity. Any unawarded, unclaimed, voided, or forfeited Prizes will not be awarded. The type, size, and quality of applicable Prize items is subject to availability and will be in the sole discretion of ACFC.

Contestants will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prizes they receive, as well as parking at the Game, regardless of whether they, in whole or in part, are used. It is the Grand Prize Winner's responsibility to consult a tax adviser concerning the tax implications of accepting this Prize.

No substitution, assignment, refund, or transfer of a Prize is permitted, except by ACFC, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or a component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof) of greater or equal value, including cash, if a Prize is not available for any reason as determined by ACFC in its sole discretion. If a Contestant does not accept or use the entire Prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited, and the Released Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that Prize or portion of the Prize.

Other than the details outlined above, the Released Parties have no additional obligations or commitments to the Contestants, Infants, or the Grand Prize Winner in connection with this Contest. All prize details are at ACFC's sole discretion.

7. Releases, Waivers, and Assumption of Risk

7.1 Assumption of Risk. Participation in or attendance at the Game and Race involves inherent risks and dangers of accidents, personal and bodily injury (including death) and property loss or damage, and severe social and economic losses including but not limited to the nature of the Race itself, the training, acts or omissions, recommendations of advice given by ACFC, and its agents, employees, or other persons or entities concerning the Race; latent or apparent defects or conditions in any equipment used in connection with the Race; acts of other Contestants or guests; weather conditions; Contestants' physical condition; Contestants' or Infants' own acts or omissions; first-aid emergency treatment or other services rendered to a Contestant or others; and consumption of food or drink. These may result from a Contestant's own actions or inactions or negligence, as well as the actions or inactions or negligence of others, the rules of the Race, and the condition of the facilities. Further, there may be other risks not known to Contestants and not reasonably foreseeable at this time.

7.2 By entering this Contest and/or participating in the Race, each Contestant and the parent or legal guardian of each participating Infant warrants that the Infant is physically able to participate in the Race and voluntarily chooses to assume all such risks, both known and unknown, including those that result from the negligence of the Released Parties (defined below) or others, and assumes full responsibility for participation in the Race and the Game. Each Contestant consents to treatment in the event of an emergency or other incident where, in the reasonable judgment of on-site personnel, medical care is required and further agrees to pay all costs associated with such medical care and to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any costs or claims arising from such medical care.

7.3 Release from Liability. Each Contestant, for themselves and on behalf of their heirs, estate, insurers, successors and assigns, fully and forever release and discharge: ACFC and each of its affiliates and subsidiaries, the National Women's Soccer League and its member clubs, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, distributors, representatives, contractors, successors, assigns, and insurers, all Race sponsors, advertisers, volunteers, and staff, and all owners or lessors of premises used in connection with the Race (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all injuries (including death), losses, damages, claims (including negligence claims, excluding gross negligence and intentional misconduct claims), demands, lawsuits, expenses, and any other liability of any kind, of or to the Contestant, the Contestant's property, or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with my participation in or attendance at the Race, including transportation related to the Race, even if it is due to the negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7.4 EACH CONTESTANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THIS RELEASE WILL PREVENT THE CONTESTANT AND ITS SUCCESSORS FROM BRINGING A LAWSUIT, CLAIM OR OTHER ACTION AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES AND FROM RECOVERING ANY MONEY DAMAGES OR OTHER LEGAL RELIEF FROM THE RELEASED PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE CLAIMS RELEASED ABOVE.

7.5 California Civil Code Section 1542 Waiver. Each Contestant expressly waives the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party." Each Contestant further acknowledges that this waiver applies to unknown or unsuspected claims arising from participation in the Contest and the Race.

7.6 Insurance. ACFC has not arranged for nor carries any insurance of any kind for the benefit of Contestants or Infants, and each Contestant is solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any health, life, travel, accident, property, or other insurance relative to any injuries or any other loss sustained while participating in the Race.

7.7 General Liability Provisions. The Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or participation in the Race.

8. Authorization to Record and Use Recordings; Name and Likeness

8.1 Media and Likeness Rights. Each Contestant hereby grants to ACFC, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, and licensees permission to film, photograph, video record and otherwise record their image, voice, quotes, avatar, name, likeness, biographical data, silhouette, body dimension, shape, posture, personal property, musical content, artistic performances, or any other aspect of their or the Infant's attendance or participation at the Race (collectively the "Recording") and the right, throughout the world, in perpetuity, to register for copyright, to use and to assign and/or license others to use all or any portion of the results thereof (or a reproduction thereof), in all media and in any manner now known or hereafter developed, in connection with the Race, or otherwise of ACFC and its subsidiaries or affiliates without any additional consideration. Each Contestant shall have no right of approval and no legal claim arising out of any use or editing of the Recording or their or the Infant's name. ACFC shall have no obligation to use any of the rights granted. Each Contestant represents that it is not necessary for ACFC to obtain permission from or to pay any third party in connection with the rights granted in this paragraph.

8.2 Publicity. Unless prohibited by applicable law, ACFC and its designees may use all entrant's, Contestant's, Infant's, and the Grand Prize Winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, any recording (voice, film, or video), and/or likeness for advertising, trade, and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission, or notification.

8.3 Social Media Disclosure. Although this Contest may be advertised on the social media platforms of the ACFC (e.g., Facebook pages, Twitter/X accounts, Instagram accounts, etc.), this Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, or other social media platforms. Contestants are providing their information to the ACFC and not to any social media platform. The information an entrant provides will only be used by the ACFC and its agents. By entering, Contestants provide a complete release of any such social media platforms from any and all responsibilities implied or provided by the ACFC.

9. Independent Contractor Status; Tax Responsibility
Each Contestant acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor of ACFC and not an employee, agent, or partner of ACFC. Each Contestant is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, including but not limited to income tax, self-employment tax, and any other taxes arising from or related to any prize received in connection with this Contest. ACFC will not withhold any taxes from payments or prizes made to participants, and each entrant and participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ACFC from any tax liability, penalties, or interest arising from their receipt of any prize.

10. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

10.1 Arbitration. In the event of any dispute between a Contestant and any of the Released Parties, such dispute shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules (but not its Procedures for Large, Complex Commercial Disputes). The hearing shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California, unless both parties consent to a different location. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon all parties, and judgment upon the award rendered pursuant to such arbitration may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10.2 Class Action Waiver. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Contest, each Contestant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"); (ii) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (iii) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

10.3 Limitation on Damages. Under no circumstances will Contestants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Contestant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Contest), and Contestant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

10.4 Governing Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and ACFC in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, USA.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Modification and Cancellation. ACFC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Contest (or any portion thereof) for any reason, including should weather, illness, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Contest and, in the case of termination or suspension, at its discretion, select the winner(s) from eligible entries received prior to the event that required such termination.

11.2 Force Majeure. In the event ACFC is prevented from awarding the prizes or continuing with the Contest as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, weather, natural or man-made epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, or order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), then ACFC shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest.

11.3 No Purchase Necessary; Compliance. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Contest. Registration is free and no purchase or payment is necessary to participate.

11.4 Prize Transfer Prohibition. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of a prize is permitted, except by ACFC, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

11.5 Severability. If any provision of these Rules is declared invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary and possible to render it valid and enforceable; the unenforceability or invalidity of any provision will not affect any other provision of the Rules, and these Rules will continue in full force and effect as if such provision had not been included, or had been modified as described above. ACFC's failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Contestants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials and/or the terms and conditions of the Rules, the Rules shall prevail, govern, and control, and the discrepancy will be resolved in ACFC's sole and absolute discretion.
