Los Angeles, CA – September 3, 2026 – Angel City Football Club (ACFC) today announced a multi-year partnership with Spectrum, which joins as a Founding Level Sponsor and Official Partner of ACFC. Spectrum will serve as the Official Residential Internet and WiFi Services Partner and a Mobile Cellular Services and Distributed Live TV Provider Partner of Angel City FC, expanding its growing portfolio of Los Angeles sports partnerships to include its first women’s soccer sponsorship.
Through this partnership, Spectrum and ACFC will focus on expanding youth access to sport in the greater Los Angeles area. As part of this effort, Spectrum will be the presenting partner of two Angel City youth clinics each year, designed to engage youth of all skill levels in local communities. The first clinic took place at Peach Hill Park in Moorpark on August 1 and the second will be at the West Valley Family YMCA . Participants will receive training from ACFC Coach Network coaches, and will take home gift bags featuring ACFC sports gear and co-branded Spectrum apparel.
“Increasing access for youth to play across Los Angeles, especially those in under resourced communities, has been a priority for ACFC since our inception, and we are excited to have Spectrum join these efforts,” said Chris Fajardo, Vice President of Community, Angel City FC. “Spectrum’s leadership in providing home internet and connectivity complements Angel City’s mission to expand access and build community through football. We are excited to come together to increase our impact on the greater Los Angeles area.”
“Supporting youth access to sports and soccer in Los Angeles helps increase opportunities for young athletes and supports local communities,” said Sharon Peters, EVP and Chief Marketing Officer, Spectrum. “Our sponsorship with Angel City FC allows more young people to participate in sports and build relationships with families and neighborhoods throughout Southern California.”
Spectrum will also receive prominent in-stadium and media presence across ACFC’s home matches at BMO Stadium, including LED signage, a Halftime Stats feature, a Key Save feature, IPTV and videoboard ad placements. Spectrum will be the presenting sponsor of Angel City’s “Players to Watch” content in tune-in emails for home and away matches, the “How to Watch & Listen” page across the club’s digital platforms, and the “Save of the Match” feature. The partnership further includes on-site activations at pre-match Fan Fest and in-stadium Sol Rosa Rally events.
Spectrum currently works with several marquee Los Angeles sports properties, including the LA Galaxy, Crypto.com Arena and the Los Angeles Dodgers, and now adds Angel City FC as its first women’s soccer sponsorship.
