When will I receive my ticket(s) for the game?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email from noreply@fevo-enterprise.com. You can access your tickets by logging into the Angel City FC app with the same email used to purchase the tickets.

How can I confirm that I purchased the correct special event ticket package ticket?

Your order confirmation will state if you purchased the special event ticket package offer. Once purchased, your name will be added to a list and special item pickup instructions will be sent to you at a later date.

I received my tickets, but there is no voucher included to pick up my item(s).

Ticket package offers do not include a separate voucher or ticket for the item. You will be required to present your game ticket at a specified redemption zone to claim your item. You will receive a separate email 24-72 hours prior to game time with detailed instructions on redemption times and location(s).

What size(s) will be offered?

If a ticket pack includes an apparel giveaway, sizes offered will be one size fits all.

I am a Season Ticket Member, and already have tickets to the game; can I upgrade my tickets or just purchase the item?

One of the benefits of being a Season Ticket Member is access to purchasing ticketing related promotional items at cost while supplies last. Please email the service team at seasontickets@angelcity.com for more information!

Can I pick up my promotional item(s) for a ticket package at a later date?

If you are a Season Ticket member and cannot make it to the game to pick up your ticket package item, please reach out to seasontickets@angelcity.com and a date and time will be arranged to pick up the item at a future game or at our Santa Monica offices.

How can I purchase ADA tickets for this event?

Please contact tickets@angelcity.com for additional information on ADA seating.

I bought my tickets on the secondary market before I knew this event was scheduled. Can I cancel my order?

Angel City FC are unable to cancel or refund any orders or tickets purchased through any secondary market source, including verified resale tickets on Angel City’s ticketmaster pages.

How old does a child have to be to receive the ticket package item?

Children three (3) years of age or younger who do not have a valid ticket will be allowed to enter the stadium but will not be eligible to receive an item.

I bought 2 tickets, but my friend can no longer make it to the game. Can I pick up their item?

Yes - whoever purchased the ticket(s) would be able to pick up the total number of items associated with their order. 

If the tickets were purchased in separate orders and your guest can no longer make it to the game, please email tickets@angelcity.com with your guest’s account number and email to arrange to pick up the item for them.

Is there a group discount for purchasing 10 or more tickets for a special event ticket package?

Group orders for Ticket Packs do not include additional discounted ticket rates, but contact the Ticket Sales Team at tickets@angelcity.com or call (213) 419-9599 to learn more about group benefits!
