12/14/24 - Garden Work Day at 24 Street Elem

As part of Angel City FC's 10% Community Impact, and in partnership with Garden School Foundation and Sprouts Farmers Market, ACFC volunteers work to maintain and refresh the 24th Street Elementary garden.

OPPORTUNITY: 50 volunteers

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS:

• Volunteers of any age, however, parents/guardians/chaperones must attend with children under 16.

TIME: 9 AM to 12:30 PM

LOCATION: 24th Street Elementary School (2055 W 24th St, Los Angeles, CA 90018)

TASKS: Clearing weeds, harvesting fruit and veggies, and overall garden maintenance. Tools and gloves will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes that you don't mind getting dirty!
