Chef Pyet DeSpain Residency at Abernathy’s

Pyet DeSpain is bringing the first indigenous menu to Los Angeles with a residency at Abernathy’s. Chef Pyet’s menu will feature Native American-Mexican fusion, inspired by her roots, her community and her family.

A Tongva led organization whose mission includes receiving and managing land back, building community for Native people, practicing traditional ceremonies, creating a native archive, and rematriating the lands by returning our native culture and ecosystems.
 
The Chapter House
A community center where chapter residents of all ages meet, discuss community issues, attend classes, participate in walks and runs, and receive assistance like food, water, or medical and veterinary services.
